Many users – only a few relevant ones. What package would I need?

    Hi there. So I have a website with around 3000 registred users. Out of these, about 700 are divided between 4 different roles. I only want to send newsletter to these roles. Would I still need to buy a package for 3000 users?

    All 3000 users need to be checked for, so that if/when they change their role to one of the 4 aforementioned roles they get added to a list or segment so that I can send a mail to them.

    I’ve set it up on the site, and it works well when I add 10 users manually, and change role between them. However not sure how it would work with 3000.

    Also, it seems that a user needs to verify their email when they get added to the segment I created (the segment condition is a WordPress user-role). Is it possible to bypass that? All 4 roles are administrative internal roles so it’s crucial that all info gets sent to them, it’s not for sales.

    Yes, you will need a plan to accommodate all users on your site.

    There is not a way to bypass the double opt-in for the MailPoet Sending Service, no.
