Many users dont receive verification mail

  • Hi there,

    We get many comments that new users who register on our site do not receive the verification mails. We have the plug-ins up to date and settings accordingly, can you help us out what we can do to improve this or if we miss any settings for our mail provider.

    I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

    Please go to the?Email?section of the plugin and set the?Mail function?to the?WordPress "wp_mail()" function?and see if the issue gets resolved.

    Hi,

    Okay we have changed it from Woocommerce Mail to WP mail, hope it wont impact much? What is the difference and is the mail delivery of WP Mail better ?

    We keep an eye on this thanks
