many users can’t access to my blog

  • Hi,
    I use Itheme security and since few months a lot of users tell me they have been locked.
    I’ve tried to desactivate the user lock option but it seems not to work. I still receive notification messages about users locked…
    Did I forget something ?

    This is too generic. Please explain in detail what steps you followed in the iTSec plugin user interface. Otherwise it’s going to be difficult for the community to help you.

    To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes.
