Many update issues for unlogged users

Since the last update of the plugin, I have some problems. They had happened before, but not so often.

When a new post is published, there are times that it is updated immediately for unlogged users, and many others are not. I clean all caches, with the “all” option and one by one, and sometimes it works, and many others not. I have to disable W3TotalCache to update it immediately.

In addition, there are times that URLs lead to 404 pages until the cache refreshes. This did not happen before the update.
