Many problems LAZY or better say NO support at all

I bought the paid plugin and it has many errors in it. Support reacts very superficially in the chat function on the website and tells you to create a Support ticket. I now have 7 tickets open for a week and no response or solution. It looks good but product is far from finished. I will wait another 2 days and then ask for a refund if there is no solution. Then again looking for another RMA plugin that works as it should.
Even one star is to much…
