Many problems at checkout

On the order page after adding the first item, pop up window appears and you are to select the time for delivery. Problem is the entire range of time from morning to night is not showing. It shows 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm and at the time order is placed it is in the morning.
On the checkout page after filling in personal info the order box on the right disappears and when you hit the Place Order button, error message:Your cart is empty.

You can not delete items in the Your Order box using the trash can icon next to each item.

Had none of these problems yesterday.
