Many posts not exported

Writing hoping to get a response before being able to take advantage of a pro deal on another site!

Using the free version as a test on a (up to date) localwp downloaded site. I can see posts on the local site (and of course they exist on the live site) I ran a generate 3.1.6.2 and many posts are missed in the output zip.

There is nothing different about those that are missed, 99% of my posts are few paragraphs long and contain at most two images that are around 100 to 200kb each.

This may have to do with it being a multisite but if it matters I have only two very small subsites.

I do see only a few, not matching the number of missing posts, nginx errors:
