Many people vs Stability

Hello, I currently use your plugin. Here there are a lot of people submitting the ticket request at the same time. I’m talking about over 400 people. This causes two problems:

– The system makes so much request (confirm button) at the time of send to mysql that the site simply stops working. I tried to increase the mysql plan, but it seems to be the request format that the plugin is drawn for. (w3t or super cache not working with tickera)
– A lot of people are still filling out the form and it ends up without ticket when fill the page of checkout.

If you can do something for fix this i promise i still use your plugin and buy your addons haha.
