Many pages missing

Hello there, sorry as I am really not an expert with seo. I followed the procedure and correctly ( I hope) activated google XML sitemap plugin. But a lot of pages from my website are still missing. How can I be sure all pages and posts are in the sitemap? Hope my question is not too stupid… Website sitemap is : https://www.brusselscity.net/sitemap.xml
