    From last week onwards we are getting lots of orders with the pending payment status, please take a look into this issue.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    Last week, we did have a release, so it could be that the update caused an issue with your webhooks or account details. This is the reason, I would advise you to start by using the “Simulate” and possibly the “Resubscribe” button that you can find in the “Connection” tab of the settings page. If that does not help, you might want to disconnect your account and onboard the account again, by using the connect wizard.

    If you then still have this issue, you might want to share further details, like your system report and the logs of our plugin. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk.
