Pretty good, but doesn't use lazy loading and makes too many thumbnails

I love the amount of options available when creating a gallery. It’s also great that it integrates with the default media uploader, instead of adding some “Gallery” menu to the dashboard which is just too many additional steps.

The problem is that it loads every image in a gallery at once. Even if they aren’t displayed immediately. No option for lazy loading. So if you have several large galleries, it takes a long time to load the page.

Another problem is that it creates a whole bunch of thumbnail sizes… You’ll definitely want to disable the ones you aren’t using, otherwise you’ll upload one image and your website will store around 12 separate versions of the same image! But you can turn these off in the backend, so I won’t deduct a star for that.
