    Customers are having issues left and right with paypal payments for the past month or so. Some customers are hitting the place order button/paypal buttons and its not working and they are getting billed each time. One customer had $400 overdrafted from doing it 6 times. I have to explain to people 20 times a day that its a pre authorization hold and will drop off. You guys need to seriously fix this plugin, start working 12 hour shifts or something. How is PayPal approving this quality of workmanship?

    This one below happens all the time.
    -Could not retrieve order. OrderEndpoint.php:459 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    -Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. [RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND] The specified resource does not exist. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-INVALID_RESOURCE_ID PayPalGateway.php:502 [RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND] The specified resource does not exist. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-INVALID_RESOURCE_ID OrderEndpoint.php:551 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    The older version that was recommended a week ago or more I reverted back too and disable auto updates on my plugins. It was still having issues but a little less. Somehow my plugin updated to the newest version and its back to more issues.

    We regret the trouble and would like to investigate what could be causing these issues for you.
    The Could not retrieve order. error usually relates to eventual plugin conflicts or outdated browsers not loading the smart buttons. The next update improves the compatibility with older browsers, so this error should be less common.

    I reverted back too and disable auto updates on my plugins. It was still having issues but a little less. Somehow my plugin updated to the newest version and its back to more issues.

    Auto-updates are managed on a WordPress level and when they are disabled, the plugin version should not be automatically updated to the latest version.

    Same problem here,

    customer paid with Giropay – The money was taken from her and is now at an account from Paypal. We got the message “transfer failed”
