Many items no longer match

    Hello, lately when I search for items in the link builder, nothing is available. I use variations in searches, search the ASIN codes, and double check that the item isn’t nearly out of stock (which I know can throw things off). However, items are in stock yet the builder won’t work. I haven’t had this problem before but lately, it’s been a weekly thing that is throwing off our editing schedule.

    I’ve also had two instances where the builder works, but when I hit preview or publish, the links and the keywords are missing. Everything is up to date on my end. Any assistance you can provide is most appreciated.

    Please update to latest plugin version first and if that doesn’t solve the issue, please answer the following to help us to debug the issue:

    1. Browser version on which you are facing the issue.
    2. Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
    3. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display your PHP version on the WordPress dashboard)
    4. WordPress version
    5. PHP error logs
    6. List of plugins installed on your system
    7. Operating System version(OS version).
    8. Browser console log error (if any) generated at the time of the error. Steps to get the console logs:

    Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference.
    Hit the Save button and check the console log errors
    Send us the screenshot of console log by sharing them using any 3rd party image sharing tool.
