Many import problems

    Hi there

    I’ve used your free version to do a test, and I have a few issues which I hope may be resolved with the premium version.

    • I am getting a partial import – one whole category of articles is not imported. I can’t determine why this is happening.
    • All items are imported as pages, none are posts.
    • Only media attached to ONE page has imported.All others (about 120 pages) have no media attached or imported to the media library.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    For the issues 1 & 2, you may need the Premium version, because the free version doesn’t import the custom post types.
    Did you get some warnings or errors in the log?

    For the issue 3, could you send us a screenshot of your settings? You can send it privately by creating a ticket on https://www.fredericgilles.net/support/

    Thanks so much for your speedy reply. I’ve seen now that there are custom post types, so I will purchase the premium version now.
    If I still have problems with the third issue, I’ll let you know.
