Many Functions Stopped Working

I have just recently updated to 3.5 but these problems were issues before I updated. Things that are not working are:

? The “Edit” permalink button – nothing happens
? The “Preview Changes” button when you’re working on a page – it doesn’t update the page with your changes
? There used to be a bar at the top of the page when you were looking at your site that included a button for edit this page. That bar is completely gone. There’s space for it, it’s just not there.
? In the Contact Form 7 plug in the “Add New” button – nothing happens
? The MP3-jPlayer plug in – doesn’t show files

I am at a complete loss as to why all these things just recently stopped working. It was about 3 weeks ago. I tried deactivating all plug ins but nothing changed.
