Many failed zip code errors

I’m getting lots of zip code failure errors. These are from customers that I have been able to confirm zip code. The zip codes they are including with order are correct, however they get various failure errors such as: S4WC_Gateway payment failed with message: “Your zip code failed validation.”
This is really affecting my business. I can see on statcounter lots of abandoned carts. Please tell me what is going on. Thank you.
