    I’d guess at least 30% of emails received are double-posted to the site, and I’m trying to figure out what’s triggering this. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

    That is a new one. The best thing to do is to install the support addon and follow the instructions on how to collect logs and send them to me.

    If I were to guess you are using the Dovecot email server which has had issues in the past.
