Many Duplicate Media Files

Hi,
after some upgrade of Filebird Pro, we now have many duplicate entries in Filebird.
In the Preview, they have the same image.
When I open both, the have different IDs:
https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.de/wp-admin/upload.php?item=41729
https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.de/wp-admin/upload.php?item=41728But the path to the image is the same:
https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/trimble_ICON.svg
How can we fix this problem?
