Try adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false); to your wp-config.php file just below the define('DB_HOST' line.

To do so, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and edit the file with a plain text editor.

Hi @ollyomm!

Our slider doesn’t load on your page, because Autoptimize’s JavaScript minification changes the loading order of the codes and you can fix it like this:

so turn on the Async, Minify and Combine options for our JavaScript settings. And if there still would be some display problem, turn on Async for the CSS files too!
In the latest version of our slider we modified a lot about how our files are called in, so if it still wouldn’t work, please update it! Your sliders should be fine and if you would see any problems, we will help figuring out, but in that case please rather write to us to [email protected]

As a hint for your backend problems:
What I would do is, that in Chrome or Firefox where the buttons aren’t working press F12 -> click on Console -> refresh the page. This will probably write out some javascript error and from the js file’s url you might see what plugin or your theme is causing the problem. If it is just a plugin, you could try to turn that off and take another look.

Firstly James Huff and Gabor thank you so much!!! Your solutions worked perfectly.
All buttons in backend are working well and my Slider is loading great!

Gabor, as for your last suggestion I have copyed the text from conslole below, it doesnt seem to be related to any plugin?? Is this because James fix has resolved the issue? My understanding was his solution stops the plugins affecting each other when loading.

Thanks again, I am so happy with your help. These issues have been hanging over me for a while
