many bugs and not working with wp 4.0

there are three bugs :
1- Critical WP Mobile Edition Issue Not able to install theme fileswhen giving 777 perms still not working.
2. can’t activate subdomain m.website.com.
3. switching url parameter error it give wrong url https:///?fdx_switcher=mobile
