Many 10417 errors recently

PayPal doc says the funding source chosen by the buyer is not valid. Are you seeing this from multiple buyers or is it the same buyer triggering the error multiple times?

I have around 30 order per day and for about 2-5 cancelled orders have got this message

Can you tell if those are separate buyers or if it’s the same buyer attempting additional orders?
