Manuel order problem

  • Hi there, i have some problems on Kadance 1.1.5

    When i input an order manually from 3rd party sales, kadance mail is not showing shipping details.

    I can see billing details but there is non for shipping.
    How can i fix it?

    When you set up the manual order are the products selected virtual (meaning they are not shipped)?

    Our plugin doesn’t change how woocommerce outputs content, it only styles it. Can you confirm that the issue you are facing does not happen with this plugin off? If so can you give me more information about which email type is missing the shipping and what the order consisted of?
