Manually write a pages content description?

    I am curious if their is a way to manually write each of my pages content description, meta title and keywords. It would seem i can only get these on my homepage. if you check the page https://tensacc.com/wordpress/cables/ “View page info”, it comes up with nothing. I would like to set different descriptions and keywords for each page.
    need more info?
