Manually sending PDF Ebook

Hello, I bought the ebook store plugin for my website and connected it to Paypal. All is good there, but not all people have paypal so I want to know how can I encrypt and send pdf’s manually via emails to people that pay me by some other way of paying besides paypal? I hope Deian Motov can help me because it is urgent and I’m losing customers…
