We’re using Stripe to process WooCommerce payments, however we noticed that numerous orders got stuck in “Pending Payment” – it turns out the Stripe Private Key expired (despite no notifications along the way) so I went it and created a new Private Key and re-set it in WooCommerce. However, my question is, how do I now go through and process the orders that are stuck in “Pending Payment” without completely deleting them and rebuilding them?

    Hi @ethan5150,

If according to your Stripe account dashboard , your customer has not been charged for the orders as yet, and you don’t want to cancel those orders, you could send an invoice to pay the orders to the customer using the action below.

The customer would receive an email to pay for the order and if payment is successful, the order status would be changed to Processing.

    I hope this helps!
