Manually remove donations and donors

Hi there,

Scenario:

– Someone makes a donation by mistake, or to the wrong fund; currently there is no possibility to remove or edit anything.

– Adding donations manually would make sense in our case, since we might have donations coming through an API outside of this plugin, but we want to assign it to a specific fund.

It would be great if this could be implemented.
