Manually Reinstalling Theme
-
Hello,
I have been using WP for about a month and it has been going great until yesterday. I was attempting to change one of my page templates and must have put something in the code that the system didn’t like because it has locked me out of my site completely. Anytime I try to access the front end or back end of my website I get this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home2/patriot/public_html/wp-content/themes/sydney-pro-ii/inc/woocommerce.php on line 103
You can visit my webpage, CompletePatriot.com, to see the error for yourself.
Because I cannot get to my admin area I have been told I need to manually reinstall my theme by going to ‘public_html/wp-content/themes’ folder via SFTP or cPanel. I’m not quite sure what this means.
Is there anyone who can walk me through how to do this in simple terms?
I appreciate any help.
