Manually Refresh Product Feed

    Hi

    I created a feed and everything was fine, I submitted to google and worked perfectly. I then made some changes to the configuration for the feed to add a few more mappings but now when I try to manually refresh the feed it gets to 14% and gets stuck there. I have stopped and started several times but each time it gets to the same point 14% then will go no further.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feed is stuck updating.

    There can be a couple of reasons for this:

    1. There is an issue with your WP-cron. Please see: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/
    2. The plugin is running into a server configuration limitation such as the maximum allowed CPU or memory usage or a PHP timeout. When this is happening you should be able to find error messages about it in the WooCommerce fatal error logs. See: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Thank you, that fixed it.

    I have had to do it a few times now as it seems to keep happening but reason 1 you gave above fixed it thank you.
