Manually Installing Ubermenu troubles

Hello helpful world,

New to www.remarpro.com and getting my feet wet with things. I have been trying to get my ubermenu (purchased from codecanyon) plugin to work with my Hemingway parallax theme but continue to run into problems between the theme’s header code and ubermenu. Here is the site: https://donfruend.com/dev

I have run ubermenu’s direct injection test and have confirmed that the issue can be resolved through manual installation. I have watched all the videos and read through forums (https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/integration/manual) but I cannot figure out what code I need to put where. I would like the “robust solution” that uses Ubermenu when selected and can toggle back to the theme’s non-ubermenu primary menu if I decide to do that in the future.

I’m working with a child theme as is advised.

My main question is where do I need to put what. I know that’s pretty broad but all the tutorials have assumed that I understand more css and php than I do.
