Manually insert placement code for the AdSense Plugin doesn't work everywhere

i try to insert ads on my blog.
https://parlonscopropriete.frI don’t see a placement marker in a particular spot on my sidebar
so i try to add placements to sidebars on adding text widgets manually with this code:

class=”adsbygoogle-placeholder”></ins>after insert the code, i Check the inserted placement and nothing change. no add on my sidebar.
