Manually Input Data Into Table?

    Is it possible to insert manual data into a table custom? If I wanted a column that had a number for each row, but unique to the table (so it wouldn’t pull from the product data or any other source on the site). Is it possible to do that?

    Also, how well does this plugin scale? Will it start to get taxing (either on the server or front end side) if I create hundreds of tables?
