manually confirm registration

    Hi, I am looking for advise on how to manually confirm WP registration. I just do not find the option where to setup/control this. What i mean is that the administrator needs to allow control and manually confirm any registration. I wonder if this was a native WP functionality or it was in one those plugins i have installed like Icegram of bbPress..
