Small question: when we push articles to training posts, it downloads potentially hundreds of photos and adds these to our media library. The photos are important of course, as it saves a lot of time when curating content to have these available.

Is there a means to only download the photos associated with the posts we eventually publish, or is it required to download every photo for all training posts in order to pull in the photos we do need to use for our articles? Thank you for your help, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon regarding this.

    Best,
    Mike

MyCurator actually does save only the photos that are published in posts. Training Posts are trashed after a few weeks, which happens automatically in the background, or by you trashing them manually. Later WordPress finally deletes the trash items, again in the background automatically. During the final deletion process, MyCurator removes any pictures from your medial library that are associated with those unused Training Posts. The whole process can take a few weeks, so it seems like the pictures stay around, but they are eventually removed.
