Manually check which custom taxonomies to show

Love the plugin! Wondering if anyone has a workaround to allow me to manually choose which custom taxonomies I show for a checkbox field (similar to how you can do this for the normal Post Category field in GF). Basically, if I add a checkbox field, click the Advanced tab, check “populate with a taxonomy”, select my taxonomy, I’d then like a list of all of my taxonomies so I can just check a box next to which ones I’d like to show.
