I added a new bi-monthly subscription in June using Woocommerce subscriptions, but the automatic renewal date was showing as July instead of August. I was able to amend the date for Stripe users, but Woocommerce support confirmed that with Paypal Standard its not possible for me to make an amendments. Support didn’t know the answer to my question, hence why I am asking here, but is it possible for subscribers to change the renewal payment date within their account dashboard? Or is there any sort of work around to change the renewal months?

Hey there @livruff, as mentioned to you in the ticket you have with us, it’s best to contact your PayPal representative about this. It’s not so much about what can be done within Subscriptions, it’s something that needs to be adjusted on PayPal’s side (if possible at all).

An easier solution might be to get in touch with the customers who have purchased the subscription via PayPal and ask them to switch their payment option to Stripe.

    Hello,

Thanks for your response, I have contacted Paypal who have confirmed that the renewal dates cannot be changed on Paypal standard, and the only way would be to cancel the subscription and sign up again. Alternatively with the option you recommended, are the subscribers able to switch payment method from Paypal standard, do they allow this?

    Hi @livruff,

Your customers can switch payment methods from their My Account page.
