Manually change balance remaining?

    In addition to WooCommerce, I also sell products that are not in WooCommerce, they’re in a separate system. If someone buys one of those products on the other system, is there some place in the mysql database where I can manually change the remaining balance on the customer’s gift card? If so, where would I find that?

    Sorry for the long delay, we somehow did not receive an alert about this topic being started.

    This is a feature found in PW Gift Cards Pro. Go to Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards -> Balances -> Locate the gift card and click the Adjust Balance button.

    If you have the free version, you can adjust the balance by placing an order on the front end and redeeming the gift card for it.
