    Hi!

When you go in WordPress to menu WOOCOMMERCE – ORDERS and you select an order, you can manually add a serial by pushing the button “Add serial number”. The point is I only want to use my own serials and not the automatically generated by the plugin. So I uploaded approx. 850 own serials. But when I click the button “Add serial number” I takes a generated one and not one from my list.

I have only 1 product in Woocommerce. And the property “Serial Key Source” of that product is set to “Manually Generated serial number”.

And even more I get once a day an email that the stock is running low.

    Please help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Dear @verhijden,
Adding serial numbers from the edit order section takes the number from the available serial numbers from the serial table or pool. If you only have those imported serial numbers then only those numbers will be assigned. I have checked it and the feature worked just like you are expecting. I have imported new serial numbers and added new serial numbers from the edit order section. It was working perfectly for me. Follow this link to understand the notification section more clearly.

Solved. I had a few left overs in the list ;-( I am really(!) sorry for the inconvenience. But…. I still receive every day a message that my serial stock is running low. My limit in the dashboard is 5.
