Manually add related posts

Hi,

Is there a way to manually add related posts, and falls back to the automatic algorithm?

I was using another plugin “Custom Related Posts” this can manually add posts, but can’t do automatic thing. Yours does it automatically but can’t manually add posts, if there is a way to combine them?

Or if there is a way to merge the get posts results from another function?
