Manual triggering opening popup. Works only for the first five popups created.

    Hello,
    I’m using the free plugin version. I have created 5 popups (using them as overlayers) and they worked fine with the “Manual Triggering” settings.

    From the 6th popup to above, the function [spu popup=”xxx”] is not working.

    I thought it was depending from the fact that I have already 5 buttons which were opening 5 different popups in the same page. But that wasn’t the problem. The function doesn’t work when I want to open the 6th, 7th ora higher popup in any page of the website.

    Maybe it’s due to the free version? Do I have to buy the premium version?

    Consider that I will have to open with “manual triggering”, 9 popups in the same page.

    Hi @laura77,
    I think the problem might be either in the display rules that are preventing the popup to load on that page. Check that are the same as the others

    Or the content you added to that or the previous popup. Maybe some html tag was left unclosed and it’s creating an error.

    Hello Damian,
    I’ve checked the displays rules and they’re the same for all the popups. I’ve also created a simple popup adding simple text in it… but the problem still remains.

    This is the page https://test.imcconsulting.it/congregazione-religiose-imc-consulting/ where you can find 8 buttons… I’ve added the [spu popup=”930″] to the “C.M.M. – Roma, Via San Giovanni Eudes” button, but it doesn’t work.

    I’ve also tried to leave only this [spu popup=”930″] function deleting the others, but it wasn’t working as well.

    Hope you can help me out with this.

    The buttons at the bottom are opening colorbox, not the popups.
    Are you sure that’s the pagE?
    I think you are mixing popups
