You can add it as an “order note”, which is what the plugin does as well.

@shadim Problem with dong this is that invoicing plugins and other API connected programms don’t recognise this order note and receive the order as unshipped.

And if the tracking link was returned via the plugin, were they able to recognise it?

@shadim Yes. That is the main reason we use the plugin…

How is this achieved exactly, by using the hook “pr_shipping_dhl_label_created” or something else?

You would have to find a way to set the “_pr_shipment_dhl_label_tracking > tracking_number” then, but there is no way to do this via the plugin.
