Manual student enrollment by Instructor

    The Manual Enrolments add-on does not work for individual instructors, only for the site Admin, from what I experience.

    How can I set up manual student enrollment for an instructor?

    Scenario:
    1. Instructor creates course.
    2. Instructor publishes course.
    3. Instructor searches for student name.
    4. Instructor selects name to enrol the student into a course.
