Manual Setup to Website Authentication – Cant Connect

Hi,

I have a client who set up the MonsterInsights using manual details for connecting to Google Analytics.

The client realized they couldnt use the MonsterInsights reporting. Thus, The client is trying to pivot to the website authentication method but is running into issues. For some reason, we’re not getting redirected to the website to authenticate.

We have removed the manual settings. We have disabled caching.

When we try to click the “Connect MonsterInsights” button, we get stuck on this:

We just get redirected to this page most times (after waiting for forever):

We have tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling the plugin.
it seems like the manual settings are stuck, but the values for each input box appear blank:

How can we move forward with setting up this plugin to connect with Google Analytics using the web authenticator method?
