Hello all. Everything with this plugin works wonderfully except for when an expired account is ‘renewed’. If a user renews, or if an admin hits ‘renew’ in the CiviCRM dashboard, the account won’t update unless the user logs out and back in.

I have “Synchronize when membership is updated in CiviCRM admin pages.” checked, but it seems like this doesn’t work with ‘Renew’.

    Any thoughts?

Is this the only sync option that you have enabled? I’d recommend having them all checked.

Sorry, I misspoke…I have all of the sync options selected, including “Synchronize when membership is updated in CiviCRM admin pages.”

I’ve tried but I cannot replicate this on my test installs. Could you please provide more details of your membership setup (i.e. syncing to roles or capabilities), your CiviCRM version and exact steps to reproduce. Thanks.

Hi Paul, the 0.3 update should solve the issue you’ve encountered. Please let me know if you encounter any oddities.

    Cheers, Christian
