    Hi,

    We have refunded a customer direct from our payment provider outside of WooCommerce, so the WooCommerce order status obviously still says “processing”, if I change the order status to “refunded” I assume it won’t actually refund the money, it will just change the order status, is that correct?

    Hi @techmaster360!

    Yes, that is correct. You would need to go to your payment gateway’s dashboard to start the refund process there, or transfer the money manually back to them. Once that is done, you can mark it as refunded.
