I have found since forever that the product feed doesn’t update via the “manual refresh” option in settings. So I have always had to wait for the next hourly download. However recently I noticed that in the csv dir in cPanel [ ./wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/csv] that after a manual refresh the only file which has an updated “last modified” time is the *_tmp.csv version of the file which is just the headings.

Can you please explain the purpose of the *_tmp.csv files and what happens if they do not exist (eg if I delete them). Are they required? Are they created when a feed is setup? Do they get re-created if not found? Any info useful as I try to resolve issues with my feed. TIA

    Hi @pete4mask ,

In some cases, if the manual refresh doesn’t work it can be usually fixed by duplicating the feed or creating a new field that’s an exact copy.
