  • Hi Greg,

We have indeed understood that somehow Cloudflare causes conflicts with our plugin. We however have no experience whatsoever with Cloudfare but there might be a setting in it that:

    – forbids our plugin to write files in the /wp-content/uploads/ folder;
    – forbids the WP cron to run.

It is going to be one of the above.

    Hope this helps?

    All the best,
    Eva

Can I create my own cron job? Would this conflict with the plugin? Would it disable my ability to do manual refreshes?

My script is as follow (I omitted USER):
    /usr/bin/php /home/USER/dev.iwantworkwear.com/wp-cron.php >/dev/null 2>&1

Hope you are enjoying your holiday!

So the above worked on my subdomain but not the actual site.

I cannot activate or create any new feeds. I wonder if it is a plugin conflict?

Other recent changes include using static values (doubtful) for g:condition and g:identifier_exists.

I’ve disabled cloudflare, I even went as far as changing my nameservers back to my host’s. I enabled WP cron again and removed my previously created cron jobs.

I am thoroughly confused why I cannot get this to work. Luckily I had a backup of my product feed so things are stable atm.

It wasn’t cloudflare, or any other plugin I had enabled. I do not fully understand why I was experiencing the issue I had, but my solution was to simply go to

    woocommerce/status/tools/ and click “clear transients”.

Doubtful that the scheduled refreshes will work but I am just happy to be generating a feed again.

Really love the plugin and truly appreciate the scope of the project.

Apologies for the late reply but I am glad to see you where able to solve the issue at hand yourself ??

    All the best,
    Eva

Hope you had a good holiday,

I am not complaining, I just want to clarify for others that come across this thread.

The above did not fix my issue. I have since moved to Woocommerce Product Feed and have had no trouble with the plugin (though I needed to tweak the code).

Still a big fan of your plugin!

    Keep it up,
    Greg
