Hi,
it’s a known issue with non-latin chars in region name field. To resolve you must add new regions with only latin chars for name field.

O, thank you… I see I have no latin language in menu Countries. Have I install english version WordPress?

Install english version is not necessary, only You have add regions in “Price Based Country Settings” without non-latin chars.

I understand what do you mean but I don’t see how to realize that…
