    First of all, thank you for the great plugin. It does exactly what I need it to do, except for 1 thing.

    I read the FAQ and saw this: How can I insert code block directly into template php file?

    I’ve added the code to my theme’s header, but there is no option to show it there. It’s either before or after a paragraph, excerpt, widget etc. But since there is no option for manual placement, I can’t show an ad in the header of my site.

    Is there something I’m missing or is this something this plugin can’t do?

    Have you enabled PHP function for that block?

    Manual placement and PHP function (to insert code block) must be enabled for each block.

    Thank you so much for this plug-in! I just figured out how to do the manual insert by reading this post, and it worked perfectly! For anyone trying to figure this out, you can see an example of it working for a text-roll-over ad manually inserted here:
