Manual Placement?

    By default AuthorSure appends the Author Box to the end of the content (at the end of the entry).

    You need a snippet of PHP to move the AuthorBox to a later hook. The hook will depend on the WordPress theme.

    Please post the URL of the page so I can work out what theme is being used and exactly where the ad is placed.

    AuthorSure 2.3 has a shortcode so you can place the author box precisely.

    The shortcode detects the current post and its author so does not use any additional parameters
