    Hi team,

I use manual orders a lot.
Many customers call me up and want this that and the other. For simplicity, I use my website to generate the orders and invoice them.

With the old paypal plugin, I was able to send them a payment link from the top of the page of the order (Customer payment page link)
This was working fine along with discounts that I would add. Discounts per line item were causing issues due to discrepancy which I hope I fixed but the issue of Paypal not capturing the payment persists.
one of my customers sent me a video of them checking out through the checkout page, going to paypal and then, after logging in, being redirect to a page saying cart empty.

Any ideas what is going on?

    Thanks in advance

@komatias – I just tested this using the most recent version of the plugin and this works fine – I can select PayPal Express Checkout as the checkout method after clicking the ‘Pay for Order’ link within the invoice email. I am then redirected to PayPal, wherein I can finalize the transaction:

I would first make sure the plugin is totally updated, then check for any caching issues that could be causing a problem. You’ll want to check that your /Cart and /Checkout pages are exempt from caching.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
